The framework outlines a comprehensive licensing system for private healthcare centers, categorizing facilities into nine distinct types: Super-specialty hospitals, multi-disciplinary hospitals, traditional medicine hospitals, general hospitals, primary healthcare centers, diagnostic centers, allied healthcare centers, clinics, and other services.
