Bhutanese Frustrated Over Sluggish Internet Services

In a nation where internet connectivity plays a crucial role in daily life, Bhutanese citizens are growing increasingly frustrated with the sluggish services provided by Bhutan Telecom Ltd. and TashiCell . Users across the country have expressed their disappointment as slow internet speeds hamper their productivity and hinder their ability to stay connected with the rest of the world.

Dorji Khandu, a concerned citizen, stated, "As a businessman, I heavily rely on a stable internet connection to communicate with my clients and manage my operations efficiently. However, the consistently slow speeds offered by Bhutan Telecom have severely impacted my work performance. It is disheartening to see such a vital service failing to meet the needs of the people."

Pema Selden, a resident of Thimphu, shared similar sentiments, saying, "In today's world, access to fast and reliable internet is not a luxury but a necessity. It affects various aspects of our lives, from education to entertainment. The continuous struggle with bmobile's slow internet services is not only frustrating but also hindering our growth and development as a nation."

Bhutan, known for its commitment to Gross National Happiness, places great emphasis on technological advancements to enhance the quality of life for its citizens. However, the persistent issues with Bmobile's internet services have become a major roadblock for individuals, businesses, and the overall progress of the country.
